“Hello, I’m Lola. Ask me something about Bitcoin.”
We are proud to announce the launch of the world’s first-ever Bitcoin virtual assistant, the LolaBot. Inspired by Bitwala’s own French bulldog, LolaBot uses artificial intelligence tools such as natural language processing and voice recognition.
Who is Lola?
Lola is Bitwala’s very own Chief Happiness Officer. Known as the friendly French bulldog, Lola is responsible for overseeing people’s work by sitting on laps and making sure that everyone has a smile on their face. Lola also has a knack for writing, she wrote an article on steemit and made sure that Bitwala accepts Steem for international bank transfers.
LolaBot is a fun and more personal way to get to know Bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general. Not only are visitors able to ask general questions such as the price of Bitcoin, who invented Bitcoin and so on, visitors interested in getting to know Bitwala can also ask questions about the company, the founders, and even about Lola herself.
One of our main goals, since we entered the Bitcoin community in 2011, is education on Bitcoin. We wanted to make learning about Bitcoin more intuitive and what is more intuitive than simply asking? – Jörg von Minckwitz
Siri for Bitcoin
Aside from entertaining and educating visitors, LolaBot is also designed to answer product-specific questions that any customer has. Those who prefer talking to or chatting with a cute virtual French bulldog may ask Lola whatever questions they have in mind instead of visiting our knowledge base section to find answers. As with every newly launched virtual assistant, LolaBot still needs a lot of training in answering questions given to her.
LolaBot gets smarter and smarter the more questions you ask. We hope that in the future Lola can answer every question about Bitcoin that you can possibly come up with. – Jörg von Minckwitz
